Technical requirements

AVE Global materials are designed for use both in tablets and desktop systems. Browser compatibility is listed below.

Cervantes Institute courses are designed to run on both tablets and desktop systems and are compatible with the following software.

Desktop browsers:

Microsoft Edge for Windows (latest version)
Google Chrome (latest version for Windows, Linux and Mac)
Mozilla Firefox (latest version for Windows, Linux and Mac)
Safari (Mac only, latest version)

Tablets:

Mobile Safari
Google Chrome

Note: Moodle 3.10 does not work with Internet Explorer 11. Safari 7 and previous versions have some problems with Moodle 3.10.

Browsers must be configured to allow pop-ups, which are needed for AVE Global to run properly on the platform. Since course software also requires Javascript, code execution must not be prevented by other software.
